1. Website use and service enquiries

This website is operated by BLANKS STUDIO CREATIVE S.L., trading as BLANK STUDIO, to present our creative services and portfolio. Access to the website is free, apart from your own internet connection costs. Please use it lawfully, respect the rights of others and provide accurate information when contacting us. You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use its content for unlawful purposes. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding quotation. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. The scope, fees, payment terms, delivery, intellectual property rights and other conditions of any commissioned work are set out in the proposal and agreement accepted for that project.

2. Privacy: controller and information collected

BLANKS STUDIO CREATIVE S.L., NIF B27545433, is the controller of personal data provided to the studio. Contact us at hello@byblankspace.com or Caravel·la la Niña 12, 6º A, 08017 Barcelona, España. When you contact us, we process the name, email address, company and project information that you supply, together with subsequent correspondence. Provide only information relevant to your enquiry; please do not send sensitive personal data or information about other people without a lawful basis. Fields marked as required are needed to respond or provide the requested service. Without them, we may be unable to handle your request. Optional information is voluntary. Technical information is also processed in connection with website hosting and the analytics and advertising technologies described below.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The website design, texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, brand identities and other materials are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to BLANKS STUDIO CREATIVE S.L. or their respective owners. Client names, trademarks and project materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Portfolio publication does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence. You may view the content for personal information and evaluation of our services. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial use requires the relevant rights holder’s authorisation, except where expressly permitted by law. Do not remove authorship or rights notices. If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact hello@byblankspace.com with the relevant URL and details so we can review it.

4. External links and social networks

Links to Instagram, Behance and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Following a link takes you to a service with its own terms, privacy policy and cookie practices. A link does not imply endorsement of all third-party content. We do not control those services or their subsequent changes. If you contact us through a social network, that platform also processes your information under its own policy. Please avoid sharing confidential project details in public comments. To report an unlawful or broken link on this website, write to hello@byblankspace.com.

5. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but information may change and maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. Please confirm any information relevant to a proposed commission directly with the studio. We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law; this notice does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. You remain responsible for using suitable security measures on your own devices and for the lawfulness of material you submit. If you identify an error or security issue, please contact hello@byblankspace.com without attempting to access or disclose other users’ information.

6. Purposes and legal bases

Enquiries and proposals: we use the information you send to answer questions and prepare requested proposals. Where you ask about commissioning services, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). General business correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering relevant communications (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object on grounds relating to your circumstances. Client administration and delivery are based on performance of the relevant contract, and accounting or other mandatory records are processed to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Any optional marketing requiring consent must be based on a separate choice (Article 6(1)(a)). Visiting the website, submitting an enquiry or accepting this notice does not by itself constitute consent to advertising cookies or marketing messages.

7. How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept for the time needed to respond and manage the resulting discussion or proposal. If a client relationship begins, relevant records are retained for its duration and subsequently for the applicable legal retention and limitation periods, including accounting, tax and potential claims obligations. Information that is no longer needed for an active purpose is deleted or, where legally required, restricted or blocked pending expiry of those periods. Where processing relies on consent, it continues only while that consent remains valid, subject to any records needed to demonstrate or comply with your choice. Retention is determined by the purpose, the status of the relationship and applicable legal duties; it is not indefinite simply because you contacted us.

8. Service providers and international transfers

The website is hosted with Framer. Technical providers involved in website delivery, communications and form handling may process information to provide those services. Access must be limited to what is necessary for their role and subject to appropriate contractual and security protections. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Framer’s hosting and subprocessors can involve processing outside the European Economic Area; its Data Processing Addendum describes the applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required (framer.com/legal/data-processing-addendum). The analytics and advertising providers configured on this website are described below. Meta may process information under its own terms and international-transfer arrangements. Contact hello@byblankspace.com for information about recipients and the safeguards applicable to your data.

9. Your data protection rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and, where the legal conditions apply, portability. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Send your request to hello@byblankspace.com or the registered postal address above, specifying the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate additional information if needed to verify your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; complex or numerous requests may require an extension permitted by law, which must be explained to you. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, including without first contacting us. We do not make decisions about service enquiries solely through automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Analytics and advertising technologies

Framer provides website hosting and native analytics, which Framer describes as cookie-free. The site also has Void Analytics configured to measure website activity, including internal and outbound link interactions; its provider states that its tracker does not use cookies. Provider information: voidanalytics.com/privacy-policy. Meta Pixel is configured for page-view measurement, advertising attribution and audience-related advertising functions. It can transmit the page visited, browser and device information, identifiers and interaction data to Meta and may connect activity with information held by Meta. For visitors in the EEA, Meta’s relevant entity is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Read Meta’s policies at facebook.com/privacy/policy and facebook.com/policies/cookies. Advertising technologies require an appropriate consent choice before non-essential storage or access takes place; this notice is not a substitute for that choice.

11. Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device; similar technologies include pixels and browser storage. Strictly necessary technologies support functions expressly requested by the visitor. Optional advertising technologies require prior consent and must not be treated as accepted merely because you continue browsing. Meta Pixel can use _fbp to identify a browser for advertising measurement and _fbc to record an advertising click identifier, typically for up to three months; their presence depends on the visit, consent and provider configuration. You may block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings and manage advertising preferences with Meta. Blocking necessary technologies may affect functionality. Deleting cookies does not erase information already received by a provider; the privacy rights described above remain available. A consent control must allow acceptance, rejection and withdrawal of optional choices with comparable ease.

12. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable requirements. The revision date appears at the top of the page. Where a change requires a new consent or specific notification, updating this page alone does not replace it. This website and this notice are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes will be heard by the courts competent under the applicable jurisdiction rules; nothing in this notice removes any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their place of residence. Questions about this notice, the website or your rights can be sent to BLANKS STUDIO CREATIVE S.L. at hello@byblankspace.com or Caravel·la la Niña 12, 6º A, 08017 Barcelona, España.
