We approached Maison Devoille as more than a patisserie — as a sensorial journey rooted in heritage, emotion, and storytelling. Our goal was to translate Chef Christophe Devoille’s mastery into a brand world that feels both reverent to tradition and elevated for a contemporary, global audience.

Challenge

To translate Chef Christophe Devoille’s legacy, a lifetime of precision, artistry, and Michelin-starred mastery — into a brand that feels as timeless as the pastries he creates. The identity needed to honor the grandeur of French patisserie while resonating with a global audience in Dubai. Our challenge was to craft a visual and verbal world that evokes nostalgia for the golden age of Parisian cafés, yet feels distinctly contemporary and relevant within the modern luxury landscape of One&Only One Za’abeel.

Our Approach

We began by defining a narrative centered on nostalgia and escapism — capturing the essence of Paris in its most romantic and enlightened era. This became the foundation for every creative decision, ensuring the brand would evoke emotion beyond taste alone.

From there, we crafted a visual identity that balances classic French codes with modern restraint. Elegant typography, refined compositions, and subtle ornamental details were used to echo the sophistication of historic patisseries, while maintaining a clean, editorial sensibility aligned with the One&Only universe.
