Our goal was to create a complete ecosystem that felt clear, elevated, and instantly recognizable.
We reimagined the brand from the ground up through a full redesign of the visual identity, packaging system, and e-commerce website. The new direction focused on simplicity, recognition, and usability — creating a skincare experience that felt both editorial and easy to understand.
For PURE PROJECT, the challenge wasn’t simply creating a new visual identity. The brand already had strong products and an existing customer base, but the experience lacked cohesion across packaging, branding, and digital touchpoints. The previous packaging system felt disconnected product-to-product, making the range difficult to navigate and limiting overall brand recognition.

The branding direction balanced minimalism with warmth. Clean typography, refined layouts, and a more intentional visual hierarchy helped position PURE PROJECT in a more premium and contemporary skincare space while maintaining accessibility and clarity.
Alongside the identity and packaging redesign, we completely rebuilt the website experience. The new e-commerce platform was designed to simplify the customer journey — making products easier to shop, routines easier to understand, and the brand story more cohesive across every digital touchpoint.

The packaging redesign introduced a cohesive system built around strategic color coding and recognizable structural consistency across the range. Each product category became visually differentiated while still belonging to the same brand universe. This allowed customers to identify products quickly, navigate routines more intuitively, and build familiarity with the brand over time.
